What are the sizes of your air fresheners
Our air fresheners are approximately 104mm wide. The height is different for each car design.
How long will your air fresheners last?
We use the highest quality perfumes meaning our air fresheners will last up to 3 weeks. If you gradually remove the air freshener from the plastic packaging as stated on the packet, you will guarantee the longevity or your perfume scent.
Where should I hang my air freshener?
Air fresheners should hang freely in your preferred placement. However, they MUST NOT come in contact with any surfaces as they will damage the material.
My air freshener has damaged the interior of my car
We do not accept any liability of damage made to your vehicle. It is clearly stated that the air freshener must hang freely and not come in contact with any surfaces.
A car design I want is not on your site, what can I do?
We are always looking to expand our range of car designs for our products. Submit your design
request on our contact form and you could see it in our next design release.
When will your out of stock products next be available?
We aim to restock our air fresheners as soon as possible. We aim to restock within 1-2 weeks however this could be delayed due to manufacturing constraints.
Where are your products made?
Our products are manufactured and shipped right here in the UK. So you know you're getting a quality product at a quality price.

How long does it take for you to respond to my contact form?
We aim to respond to any queries within 24 hours if the contact form has been submitted within our opening times.

Are my payment details secure?
We use Shopify’s certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant payment system for our orders. We can assure you that our checkout process is fully secure which means all of your details are safe.
Where is my order?
All delivery dates are specified as estimates. Whilst we do aim to meet these dates the best we can, once your order leaves our office, the delivery time solely relies on Royal Mails efforts. Because of this, we are unable to provide refunds for any delivery costs if your order does not arrive within these specified times.
All orders are dispatched the following day from the order date excluding weekends.
When ordering for special occasions such as Christmas, Birthdays, Valentines etc, we highly recommend ordering well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Please let us know immediately if you have entered the wrong delivery address. You have until the listed time below on the day of purchase to amend your delivery address details, otherwise, we will send the item to the address you have entered. We are not liable for the incorrect address you have entered after this point.

We quality check all of our items before posting to ensure they meet the level of quality we are happy with. However, if you are not happy with your item please get in touch with us via email or use our contact form.

If you want to buy more than 20 air fresheners in one order, please get in touch and we may be able to provide you with a selected price.
When will my order be posted and who by?
All orders will be packaged and posted the following day of purchase by your selected postage class method using Royal Mail.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to anywhere in the UK via 1st or 2nd class Royal Mail. Deliveries to Northern Scotland, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland can take slightly longer due to location however we aim to deliver in our specified times. We apologise for any convenience caused.
Do you offer international delivery?
Yes! We are now offering worldwide delivery to all four corners of the world. Due to current Covid limitations, delivery time may be delayed longer than usual.
My promo code does not work?
If the promo code you are trying to use does not work, you may not meet the requirements to redeem the code. If you feel that you meet all requirements for a particular code and you are still unable to use it, please get in touch with us. We also have the right to remove or refuse promotional codes at any point. You cannot stack promo codes and only one code can be used per order.
Do I need an account to buy an air freshener?
You don't need an account to order from our website. Simply add your chosen air freshener to the basket and follow the checkout process to place your order.
